  1. Professor cum Principal  : 01 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 AGP Rs.10000 plus NPA
  2. Director Professor : 02 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 AGP Rs.10000
  3. Professor : 101 posts in various subjects/departments/institutes, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 AGP Rs.10000 (Plus NPA for Dental faculty)
  4. Associate Professors : 138 posts in various subjects/departments/institutes, Pay Scale : Rs37400-67000 AGP Rs.9000/- (AGP of Rs.8600 + NPA For Dental Institute)
  5. Sr. Assistant Professors : 09 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.10000-15200 + AGP Rs.7000+ NPA as per rules for Dental
  6. Assistant Professors : 233 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 AGP Rs.6000 in the various Departments / Centres/ Institute
Application Fee :  Payee Bank Draft of the Rs. 375/- (Rs. 150/- for SC/ST category) payable at Chandigarh in favour of the Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
